If you’ve got a fridge full of unhealthy snacks, that’s what you’ll select. For me, if I have pre-cut up vegetables and dips in the fridge that’s a really easy snack to go for when I’m hungry. It’s honestly just about making it easier for the moments when life gets busy and then there’s one less decision to make. PS My favourite dips are tzatziki, hummus or skordalia (potato and garlic dip) and they’re SO easy to make ahead of time... they’re also great for sharing at family dinners.
